Joe		01/04/04	Don, I just wanted to let you know that the house I purchased a few months ago to rent on the section 8 program is working out great. Since you allowed me to advertise the house for rent while we worked out the financing, I had a tenant all ready to move in a few days after closing. And your crew was great about fixing the one item that the inspector found, in fact they fixed it before the inspector left, so I did not have to schedule a reinspection. I am now earning a decent cash flow of $200 a month on this property. Thanks again. Joe.
